Convenient locatioin for old quarter at a reasonable rate with clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff; reasonably new/renovated; good breakfast included
Initial room smelt of cigarette smoke (moved to non-smoking room without problem), bath seal not so good, so water runs behind bath and on the floor at times; wife says it smelt a bit damp in bathroom

The room furnishings were very nice and modern, and there was a lovely French window. The bathroom was also very spacious and the staff was very helpful.
The housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, they missed making up our room one day.

In the middle of the old centre, so a great location. Nice rooms, but dont go for the suite! Old stuff and not really bigger then the de luxe rooms. Fourniture is nice and staff is friendly.
they could use the vacuum cleaner every now and then

The Deluxe room we had was comfortable, though a little on the small side. The included breakfast was not bad.
The Suite however was a major let down - visible moulds, foul smell and noise from the lift bank. Decorated more like a "love hotel" which rents by the hour.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel situated in the heart of the Old Quarter. This hotel was in a lovely but bustling area where everything was in walking distance. The rooms had beautiful furnishings, with small Juliet balconies and a large, albeit slightly musty, bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure to provide excellent service. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.
The only small inconvenience I experienced during my stay was the inconsistent shower pressure in the room.

Staff, breakfast and location were very good.
This is a very noisy part of town -- with a lot of traffic that made walking a real challenge

I loved the fact that I could easily walk to numerous restaurants and bars in the area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. They even went out of their way to assist me with a language barrier issue. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I had a great experience.
